Island Escape Burasari sits on the private island of Koh Maphrao, a 10- to 15-minute boat ride from Phuket's mainland. The resort offers complimentary scheduled boat transfers from morning until late evening, with an additional long-tail boat option for 100 Baht. A free airport shuttle service connects guests from Phuket International Airport, 26 km away, to the pier.

The resort has 287 rooms, including Deluxe Pool Access rooms with direct entry to a shared pool and private villas with personal pools and ocean views.
